Motir

Design the temporary state of the shipped motir.co/explore project cards while their /p/<identifier> destinations return 404. Start by rendering the real current surface from app/explore/_components/Gallery.tsx; preserve its layout and design-system primitives, and decide the honest non-broken interaction that MOTIR-4123 will implement. The design is an interim state, not the durable public-project page owned by MOTIR-3877.

Produce the complete three-file asset under design/explore/: design-notes.md, an explore.mock.html source composed from the shipped design system, and explore.png. The asset must document the full /explore surface and its existing shell/navigation access path, including the specification for populated project cards in their interim state. Record the chosen disposition and explicitly reject the other dispositions from MOTIR-4123.

Acceptance criteria

• The real shipped /explore route is rendered first and the design notes cite the captured current state.
• design/explore/design-notes.md, design/explore/explore.mock.html, and design/explore/explore.png exist and agree.
• The mock asset includes the populated-card state and specifies no affordance leading to the unavailable /p/* destination.
• The mock asset includes the existing shell/navigation entrance to /explore, not only the destination room.
• The notes choose one interim disposition, reject suppress-links / interim-page / hold-back / accept-window alternatives individually, and state how MOTIR-3877 supersedes the temporary state.
• The notes state that changelog feed restoration remains with the crawl/feed scope under MOTIR-3877, rather than implying this visual disposition restores it.
