Author Motir's own public project content so the page tells the build-in-public story: the public Overview/README (what Motir is, why build-in-public, how to follow), the publicTagline + publicTags, and apply the epic-privacy decisions from 8.10.1 (set any internal epics private via 6.14). Ensure the public roadmap reads coherently and the (8.9) changelog has a sensible first state. Done via the shipped in-place public editing (6.16) — no app code.

Acceptance criteria

• /p/motir shows a curated hero (tagline + tags), a readable Overview/README telling the build-in-public story, and a coherent public roadmap.
• Epic-privacy per 8.10.1 is applied (internal epics show the 6.14 placeholder to public viewers; members still see them).
• Content reads well to a first-time visitor (the launch audience).
