6.16.6 Remove the in-settings Overview editor → link to the on-page editor

Remove the in-settings Overview editor entirely (explicit user request) — single editing surface. In Settings → Members/Access "Public share": delete the embedded EditOverview split-editor sub-view + its route-less swap wiring; replace with the make-public toggle + share link + an "Edit on the public page →" link (opens the public page in edit mode). Keep updateProjectOverviewAction (now driven by the on-page editor). Remove now-dead code.

Acceptance criteria

  • The Members/Access "Public share" section shows the toggle + link, NOT the embedded editor; the link lands on the public page in edit mode.
  • EditOverview.tsx (and any orphaned helpers) removed; no dead code; no duplicate editor surfaces; make-public + share link still work.
  • Settings e2e updated for the removed sub-view (grep its selectors — selector sweep).
