Epic 3: Boards

The primary day-to-day surface for a working team: the Kanban board that visualizes issues as cards in columns mapped to the workflow statuses from Epic 2. Drag-drop to transition, swimlanes to group, WIP limits to enforce flow. This is where the PM core stops being a database and starts feeling like Jira / Linear. The Scrum board (the sprint-scoped variant of the same surface) lives in Epic 4 as Story 4.5 — it needs sprints, which are Epic 4, so per notes.html mistake #32 it ships from inside Epic 4 rather than forward-pointing across epics from here. Kanban-only is a valid standalone use (mirror products: Jira and Linear both ship Kanban without sprints).
